When you are fed up with the same bread and butter and eggs or yogurt and want to have some fancy breakfast just try these elegant oats pancakes. These sugar free, gluten free, fat free, fiber rich, low calorie pancakes are an ideal breakfast to start a no-regret day.
How To Make Oats Pancakes:
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp yogurt
a fat pinch of cinnamon powder
a small pinch of salt
water if required
Honey for serving
Fresh berries and fruits for topping
- Break egg in a bowl, add in yogurt and salt, mix well.
- Add oats and pour in the milk. stir vigorously to incorporate everything and then sprinkle cinnamon powder.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium to low heat and pour a spoonful of batter. Move the pan to slightly spread the batter to make thin, round pancakes. Cook for 1 minute then flip and cook one more minute on other side.
- Shift pancakes to the serving plate, top with berries and fruits of your choice and drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
