I am a chocolate addict and I can easily guess the quality of chocolate so I think a more suitable term would be chocolate connoisseur. Ehem! Lol 😜
So, what I wanted to say is I can guess whether the chocolate bar served is a original one or someone has just performed an impressive experiment. 😎 (I think everyone can guess that. 😛 haha..😅) anyway, when one of my friends shared this secret of making bounty bars at home I just couldn’t resist trying the recipe and it’s incredibly awesome! You’ll have a batch of bounty bars ready in just a few minutes! Yayy!!💃 I have also tried Snickers bar recipe and I’ll upload that too.
So here it is the
Homemade Bounty Bars Recipe|Easy Bounty Chocolate Bar Recipe
For filling :
300 gm Sugar
200 gm Dessicated Coconut
125 gm Fresh Cream
50 g Butter
For Covering :
500 gm Milk or Plain Chocolate
1. Put all the ingredients for filling in a pot and cook on medium to low flame while stirring it continuously for about 10 minutes or till the mixture thickens.
2. Pour it on a greased tray and spread it evenly. let it cool. With a knife, mark the bars but don’t separate them. Put it in the fridge for at least 40 minutes to one hour. The filling should be set by now.

3. Separate the bars and keep aside. Melt the chocolate on double boiler (or you can melt chocolate in microwave or simply on a hob), once it is smooth, dip the coconut bars into it and allow it to dry and set on a tray lined with wax paper. Refrigerate and enjoy.
