Going for the conventional antiperspirants or deodorants can be a dangerous option as they carry some dangerous chemicals with them. Therefore, it will be better for you to go for the natural options for sweat control because such options are effective, safer, and easily available.

Most of us have experienced sweat whether it is a tough workout, big presentation at office, or a first day at school, and the embarrassing body odour can go with it.

What it is actually?
Sweat is made up of water containing by-products of body like ammonia and urea. It also contains salt and sugar. Do you know what it does for your body? Here you go-

In the year 1969, Triclosan was initially registered as the pesticide. Gradually it also came in use for making deodorants and anti-bacterial soap. Study has shown that Triclosan can be quite harmful for Thyroid functioning.

It helps in plugging sweat ducts temporarily. It will be better to stay away from this chemical as it can be the cause for the breast cancer. Though, National Cancer Institute mentions that it doesn’t have information regarding conclusive evidences in this regard, and more research is required in this regard.

Parfum or fragrance can be a mix of any volume of compounds. They may have some harmful chemicals in them. Such mix may also contain preservatives like phthalates or parabens. These preservatives may link to cancer and may act as the hormone disruptors.

Go natural
If you don’t want to take any risk regarding your health, then you should go for the natural deodorants. Below are some of the options for you-

Stick deo
You can go for the stick deo made with the natural ingredients like Aloe Vera, plant oils, coconut, zinc etc.

It can also be a good option for you. Some of the ingredients are sage, citrus, tea tree oil, and witch hazel etc.

Crystal stones
They literally look like crystal. They are made with odour removing mineral salts. This type of is less eminent but it is quite effective though.
