Gluten Free Stir Fried Chicken Recipe:
500 gms boneless chicken
2 tablespoons oats (powdered)
1 medium sized carrot
1 medium sized green bell pepper
1 small red bell pepper
1 small yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
3 tablespoons cooking oil + for deep frying the chicken
3 tablespoons schezwan sauce
5 tablespoons hot and sweet sauce
1. for 1/2 kg boneless chicken, beat one egg add 2 tablespoons powdered oats and a 1/2 teaspoon Salt. Mix chicken in this batter (you can use a little water too just to coat the chicken well). Deep fry chicken cubes and keep aside.
2. Now cut one medium sized carrot, 1 medium sized green bell pepper, 1 small red bell pepper, 1 small yellow bell pepper, 1/4th cabbage into thin strips. Now heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok and add all the vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes (fry as crispy as you want).
3. Then add 3 tablespoons schezwan sauce and 5 tablespoons hot and sweet sauce. Stir well and finally add fried chicken pieces. Stir fry for a couple of minutes and serve hot with a side of spaghetti or rice or any bread.
